Stoppato 1887 in Dubai to talk about sustainability and innovation
At the Italian pavilion of Expo2020 Dubai was held the event “Sustainable and secure food for a sustainable life” – innovations in the agri-food sector in the new appointment with Innovation Talks.
Within the conference was invited Sabrina Stoppato, to talk about the activities undertaken by our company.
The conference was a precious moment of discussion, where Italian and UAE entrepreneurs and experts were able to discuss projects and solutions in line with the global goals of sustainability and social responsibility.
The dialogue that took place during the event focused in particular on the application of technology for the traceability of raw materials and the use of precision agriculture to avoid waste (with the aim of increasing productivity by using fewer resources and maintaining high quality standards).
The ultimate goal of companies in the industry such as Stoppato 1887 is to achieve a balance to ensure the global consumer healthy, nutritious and high-quality food, following the principles of the circular economy.
